Designated Driver Program

Hard Rock Stadium’s “Responsibility Has Its Rewards” program encourages fans to be the sober ride for their group.

• How to enroll – Sign up at Guest Experience Headquarters (Sections 115, 143, 215, 243, 315, 343) once gates open.
• Perk – Token redeemable for free 24oz soft drink or 12oz water at any concession stand.

Outside Food & Beverage Policy

Fans may bring small food items for personal consumption when carried in a factory-sealed bag or a one-gallon clear bag. Factory-sealed plastic water bottles 20oz or less are permitted. Outside alcoholic beverages and reusable water bottles are not permitted.

Mothers / Nursing Rooms

• Nursing Room – Section 153 features a private air-conditioned space with television, changing table, and vanity sink. Staffed by Guest Experience team members.
• Sensory Room – Section 153 provides a quiet space for guests with sensory processing needs, staffed by certified professionals.

Bag Policy

As with most stadiums, bags are broadly restricted with specific clear-bag exceptions.

• Clear bag up to 12 x 6 x 12 (clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC)
• One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag
• Small non-clear clutch up to 4.5 x 6.5, which is in addition to your clear bag.

Tips and Notes

• Hard Rock Stadium is cashless. Cash can be converted to prepaid gift cards at Guest Experience Headquarters near Sections 115, 143, 215, 243, 315, and 343.
• Bag Check is available near Entry Gates 3, 5, 8, and 14. Fee: $12-$20 depending on bag size (credit card only).
• GEICO HRS Express shuttle service available from Lot 70 and Lot 95 for $10 parking with complimentary climate-controlled shuttles to stadium.
• Stadium gates open 2 hours prior to kickoff for Dolphins games.
